Today's post is all about my ("May") monthly favourites - all things beauty and non-beauty I enjoyed throughout the past month.
NYX Pore Filler is a new discovery for me this month. I bought it with the hope/expectation that it will work as well as my Benefit Porefessional Primer (34 eur). And it does to some extent. Of course it's not as good as the Benefit primer, which fills all the pores that you my have (no exaggerations at all), but it's still an amazing product for the price it retails for (15 eur). For literally half the price it's a good drugstore dupe for the high-end pore filling products.
Essence Lipliner in number 11 - In the Nude and 12 - Wish me a Rose. I cannot praise this lipliner enough. It's creamy and pigmented + you can make really precise lines - and it costs only 1,19 eur. This is a type of a product that can be easily compared to Mac or even the more "higher-end" brands lipliners. It's just THAT GOOD. I love to mix the number 11 (In the Nude) with my NYX Creme Brûlée Butter Gloss for my everyday lip colour.
Benefit They're real mascara it's by far my favourite mascara of all time because it makes my eyelashes look voluminous, super black and really long so it combines everything that I look for in a mascara. I'm trying out new mascaras at the moment, but to be honest they really don't compare with this one. It's definitely my holy-grail product and I would honestly recommend it to anyone who wants to have amazing lashes.
Essie Sand Tropez nail polish - gorgeous taupe color, perfect for the summertime and I always love to wear nude nail polish in the summer because it's just simply goes with every type of outfit. You can never go wrong with an Essie nail polish.
Other - Forever 21 necklace (great layering piece of jewellery) and a vintage Pentacon Praktica camera.
