Spring Outfit of the day feat. Zara Oversized Trench Coat

Good Morning!

I'm so excited to post these photos. I've gone with an almost all black outfit - excluding my new oversized trench coat from Zara which is my new favourite outwear piece in my wardrobe because it's so lightweight. I also love that it's in this light/"stone" colour (according to their website) so that I don't wear all black outfits all the time - which I don't mind, but it's nice to change things up a bit when the season changes. For a pop of colour I've decided to include my "rainbow" sunglasses that I just adore for the spring/summertime.

Good Morning!

I'm back from my trip to Switzerland, where I had an amazing time. Switzerland (Vevey, Montreux) is a very beautiful country and a great destination to visit all-year-round. We stayed in a hotel right next to Geneva Lake with a breathtaking view on mountains. It was pure perfection.
Now, back to the reality, I have so much work to do it's insane. My final exams start very soon and I've to also stay up to date with my blog. I really need to organise my plans for the next few weeks and get back to work as soon as possible.

This post features some pictures from Graz - a trip from a few weeks ago. We only had a few hours to explore the city, but we managed to do everything we planned.

prom pencil skirt

Good Morning!

I'm in Switzerland at the moment, in Montreux and I'm having the best time. Our hotel is right next to Lake Geneva and we are surrounded by beautiful mountains - I have nothing to complain about ;)

I'm obsessed with pencil skirts at the moment so today's post is all about my favourite one from Guess by Marciano - it's exactly one year since I wore it in an all black&white outfit to my senior prom. I have a post all about it so go check it out here. I personally just hate when people wear their prom dresses once and then hide them in a closet for a very long time. I like to have my closet organised which also means that everything in it needs to be useful: that was the whole reason behind my prom dress - I will use it any time I want it.

Now I can show you how I wear it as a part of a casual daily outfit:

Zara Robe Camel Coat
Topshop White Tee
Guess by Marciano Pencil Skirt
Pittarello Oxfords
Pimkie Sunglasses

/ First impression: Sleek I-Divine Sunset Palette and Matte Me Ultra smooth matte lip cream /

Good Morning!

First of all I would to thank all of you for leaving me such nice comments on my last two posts. I worked really hard and I'm glad you liked them. Now let's get back to the review.

I received these two wonderful products from Sleek in my mailbox a few days ago to review them: Matte Me Ultra smooth matte lip cream and I-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset.

The pallet has gorgeous bright colours, all perfect for spring and summertime. There are 12 different shades, which are all super-pigmented, longlasting and mineral based. They are all shimmery in gold, red and blue tones. I have used them without any primer just to see the real effect of the eyeshadow and I was beyond impressed: the pigmentation you get from this drugstore palette is unreal. Just to be a bit controversial - I would say that they have impressed me more than my UD Naked 2 Palette - and they are even more than half the price of the UD one. This is a palette that every girl should own. And if you are not into bright colours there is a wide selection of more neutral palettes.

The Matte Me Ultra smooth lip cream is another amazing product. It's available in 6 different shades, which are all very wearable. Mine is in the colour Petal - pale/pastel/rosy pink perfect for the everyday wear. It's a matte finish lipstick. When you're applying it, it glides on very smoothly but within seconds it dries into a beautiful matte colour. At first I was a bit worried because all the matte lipsticks I have used before really dried out my lips, made them look very chapped and felt really heavy while wearing them on. However I was so impressed with this one: you barely feel it on your lips. Halfway through my day, when it's time to re-apply my lipstick, it was still on - very opaque and lightweight. I was amazed. Great product and worth trying out!

Overall I have to say this was a very positive first experience trying out Sleek products. They didn't disappoint at all. And I especially love the fact that they are a drugstore brand -  which you really wouldn't expect from the quality of the products. So they get big thumbs up from me :)

For all my Slovenian readers the products are available on Licila.si.
