Spring/Summer Edit

Good Morning everybody! It's Friday already and the week has gone by so quickly. This post is a little Spring/Summer edit - my favourite beauty things at the moment.

Max Factor Creme Puff Blush - it very much resembles the Hourglass Ambient Lightning blushes (which are btw amazing) but the same quality and much cheaper. It creates gorgeous and effortless cheeks, the perfect sweep of colour. Mine is the shade 10 Nude Mauve and it's perfect for my fair skin.

Mac Girl About Town lipstick - gorgeous fuchsia pink shade, which I love to wear with dewy natural skin, little mascara and some bronzer. Very minimalistic make up with a gorgeous pop of colour - perfect for spring and summer.

Sleek I-Divine Sunset Palette - stunning vibrant colours, perfect for sunny days. The shadows are super-pigmented and really easy to blend. Even though they may seem a bit difficult to war on an everyday basis I have to assure you that it's quite the opposite - all shades are easy to wear (even the blue one - just put it below your lash line for a subtle pop of colour) and look great on tanned skin.

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in 03 Hot Pepper - long lasting lip colour, with a velvet/matte finish perfect for the warm days (because you don't need to touch up your lipstick every 5 minutes). Obviously bold lip colours are a must for the summertime (at least for me).

YSL Babydoll Mascara - this is the best luxury (high-end) mascara that I have ever tried. It gives you big, voluminous lashes - a true babydoll effect. And also the packaging is to die for. :) The only downside to this product is that it dries out very quickly so you have to really use it every day.

Essie Fiji Nail polish - a true holy-grail product for all beauty bloggers. It's a pretty mix of white and light pink colour, very wearable pastel shade. And just like any other Essie product it's (of course) great quality.

The Balm Bahama Mama bronzer - this was my first bronzer I've ever bought and I still use it religiously. Your skin looks naturally more tanned (not muddy or orangey), very natural (even for my fair skin - it really is a versatile colour) and is really easy to blend for an effortless look.

Other - Elle Slovenia magazine, Necklace from Forever 21 and Earrings from H&M.

Monochrome Outfit of the Day

Good Morning!

First of all, I would really like to thank you for all your lovely responses on the last few posts. I read all of the comments and they literally make my day. Today's outfit is a monochrome one - go figure - but as a minimalist myself, it's definitely one of my favourites.
The whole 70s trend, which is very big at the moment, is really not my favourite because it's just doesn't suit me. Don't get me wrong, I love it on other people but I look rather weird wearing flared or oversized trousers, suede, denim skirts etc. I may incorporate some fringe into my daily style and we'll see how that goes. But this is such a broad topic to talk about that it deserves an entire post, which I'll definitely do very soon.

That is it for today. Hope you have an amazing day and the rest of the week. Talk to you soon.
