Hi! I'm a 23-year-old blogger living in Ljubljana. Stylist and video maker, currently running

Everybody is nicer to me when I'm in yellow.

This is a lost New York Fashion Week day 4 outfit. We weren't able to shoot it in New York, because the weather simply wasn't on our side. So here it is, a good month later, shot on a sunny day in Ljubljana. I am wearing Topshop light-wash ripped mom jeans, Zara sweater with bell sleeves and striped detail, vintage green & white striped shirt, Cos earrings, Almira Sadar fox scarf and Public Desire bronze heels. Everything was tied together with sleek hair and a burnt orangey red nail polish from Essie.

Casual, eclectic with a pop of colour. Just the way I like it!

I prefer menswear.

This post was inspired by my latest shopping trip. Let me explain.

It was a late Tuesday afternoon. After I have finished with work, I decided to make a quick stop at a local Zara and H&M store, just to check out their latest collections and spot some last minute sale deals. After finding absolutely nothing on three floors of women's clothing I put my last hopes of finding something to the men's department. And boy oh boy did I do good there. I walked out with a bag full of clothes for a fraction of their original price. It was a great day.

So here are five reasons why I prefer menswear to womenswear:

You get better quality materials for the same or even lower price.
The same basic items, such as hoodies, t-shirt etc. cost less than on women's department.
Choosing bigger sizes look great as oversized items - just like this Zara checked coat + it's such a big trend at the moment.
Their outerwear is amazing. And I'm all about the outerwear.
You always, and I truly mean always find something great on sale.

I prefer menswear.

Zara coat, Topshop mom jeans, H&M white tee, vintage belt, Adidas Stan Smith, Alexander McQueen bag.

What do you think about it? Let me know in the comments below.

Rainy day in New York. Thankfully, it wasn't as cold as the day before. But what else could we expect in the middle of February in New York? We wanted to film a set of photos inside the Westfield World Trade Center, but we weren't allowed. Something that never happened to us here in Ljubljana. We almost gave up and headed out to the subway station. On our way to our first runway show of the day, the rain stopped. The mists started creating around the tops of the buildings. It was the most memorable day of the trip. We spotted this corner. Somewhere in Manhattan. It captured our attention. And this is our final result.

Visual Optimism.

No limitations.

This is what New York is all about.

Red please!

Almira Sadar jacket, Janja Videc dress, Alexander McQueen Bag with a vintage scarf, Adidas Stan Smith trainers, Le specs sunglasses, lips - Mac Ruby Woo.
